Key Responsibilities

  • •Place into a Wise product team to build skills in product management while solving real problems.
  • •Work on your own projects/products during the 12-week academy alongside dedicated learning sessions.
  • •Clarify problems, decide on solutions, and build them with engineers and other stakeholders.
  • •Measure and iterate on what you build using OKRs/KPIs and data.
  • •Complete the full product lifecycle from hypothesis/validation through implementation, measurement, and iteration.

  • •Able to start the programme with a fixed start date in March 2027, with unrestricted right to work in Estonia (no visa sponsorship or relocation support).
