Job Summary

Perform routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical engineering technician tasks including design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Test and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical subsystems, assist with NPI installations and field upgrades, and work from schematics, diagrams, and written instructions. Maintain safety standards, document test procedures/logbooks, and generate quality notifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical activities such as design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly.
•Test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level electrical and mechanical problems, including sub-systems.
•Support new system and NPI installations and field upgrades.
•Compile logbooks and document test procedures; perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & vacuum and process testing and generate quality notifications.
•Maintain a safe work environment, follow operating instructions, use required PPE, attend safety training, and promptly report accidents or hazards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.5 - 34.1

•Perform electro-mechanical technical functions including design, test, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
•Use schematics, diagrams, and written/verbal descriptions to conduct routine testing and troubleshooting.
•Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending/squatting/twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting.
•Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a noisy environment with potential noise sensitivity considerations.
•Use hand and power tools and operate machinery (including forklifts) while following safety and security standards.
