Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and manage a resilient corporate device fleet spanning Linux, macOS, Windows, and NVIDIA GPU workstations, improving posture verification and cryptographic device binding.
  • •Architect cloud-native security controls for multi-cloud research and GPU cluster environments, including IAM governance, network segmentation, and isolation boundaries that scale with GPU capacity.
  • •Implement phishing-resistant zero-trust access with mesh networks/proxies (e.g., Tailscale, Cloudflare One) and hardware-backed authentication (WebAuthn/FIDO2), shifting to just-in-time access.
  • •Drive security-as-code by declaring infrastructure, endpoint configurations, IAM policies, and cloud environments in Terraform/Pulumi, eliminating drift via CI/CD validation and continuous compliance checks.
  • •Lead behavioral detection engineering and compliance/audit efforts, including telemetry pipelines, detection tuning for assumed-breach threat models, SOC 2/ISO/FedRAMP support, and vendor risk and security contract negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of deep engineering experience in high-valuation or defense-grade environments.
  • •Track record leading and operating security engineering functions at scale.
  • •Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISO 22237, ISO 22301, and NIST CSF, including customer audits and enterprise security reviews.
