Key Responsibilities

•Grow the business through targeted sourcing of new accommodation partners and acquire new partners.
•Build trusted relationships with decision makers; use a consultative approach to acquire new partners.
•Report weekly/monthly KPI’s and key metrics internally to showcase successes and highlight potential opportunities.
•Support Agoda Homes’ regional and global leadership in executing scalable initiatives/projects to drive homes business growth.
•Consolidate feedback from hosts to understand product gaps/feature requests and prepare materials for partner meetings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields
•Fluency in Japanese and English
•Experience in B2B sales or partner-facing roles
•Proven track record as a self-starter who can think creatively and execute projects in fast-paced environments
•Strong relationship-building and ability to acquire new partners
