Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and maintain audio, video, lighting, and technical operations for entertainment shows and events.
  • •Perform daily startup/closing procedures and preventive/corrective maintenance of AVL and network systems around the park.
  • •Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to minimize disruption to live shows, events, and day-to-day park operations.
  • •Follow safety and quality best practices, complete maintenance checklists, and report issues through the Maintenance Management System and supervisors.
  • •Support production and event sales teams with technical requirements and collaborate with the entertainment technical team, including onboarding new team members.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Proven experience working with audio, video, lighting, and special effects equipment in a live entertainment or event production environment.
  • •Electrical, Electronics, IT, and IT Network experience, including knowledge of entertainment show control systems.
  • •Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, with strong troubleshooting under pressure.
  • •Clear understanding of written and spoken English and the ability to interpret one-line drawings and schematics.
