Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide special education instruction, support, and guidance in an online environment aligned to each student’s IEP.
  • •Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and state-required special education documentation, including communicating with parents and related service staff.
  • •Lead and facilitate collaborative special education meetings, and maintain positive rapport with families, students, and learning coaches.
  • •Collect and analyze student data and work samples to monitor IEP progress and prescribe remediation and enrichment as needed.
  • •Deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, support inclusive success in the general education classroom, and manage grade book and student academic integrity.
