Key Responsibilities

•Clean and sanitize the manufacturing facility per standard operating procedures and established time standards while meeting USDA requirements.
•Rinse equipment with high-pressure hot water and apply cleaning chemicals to walls, ceilings, floors, and drains using foam or gel tanks.
•Scrub equipment with cleaning chemicals using a green pad and clean floors and overhead areas with tools like mops and condensation mops.
•Perform pre-op checks/inspections, locate deficiencies, and remember equipment hiding spots and niche areas.
•Handle Lock Out/Tag Out and may train new and temporary team members while working safely with corrosive chemicals.
