Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate BIM workflow activities, including managing model authoring issues, design coordination, and clash detection.
  • •Set up project-specific guidelines and ensure information is linked across disciplines.
  • •Coordinate BIM project datasets/workflow and project set-up, including setting up linked models across disciplines.
  • •Provide technical support and mentoring using BIM authoring tools to support the project/delivery team.
  • •Contribute to BIM Execution Plans, TIDPs/MIDPs, MPDT, Responsibility Matrices, training guides, and ensure standards are communicated and applied.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work and coordinate with key stakeholders.
  • •Ability to write and edit internal and external documentation.
  • •Hands-on experience in the construction industry is beneficial.
  • •Proficiency with Bentley and Autodesk tools, including Revit and Navisworks/Solibri, plus CAD and CDE solutions such as ACC and Aconex.
  • •Degree or relevant qualifications in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Building Studies/Engineering, or Building Management (or BTEC/HNC/HND).
