•Develop and scale cutting-edge AI models, infrastructure, and browser technologies.

•Oversee hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and partner with co-founders on strategic objectives.

Salary: USD 300,000 - 405,000 annually

•Strong foundational familiarity with the full AI product stack.
•Proficiency in Python (bonus points for TypeScript, Go, and/or Rust).
•Domain expertise in at least one area: context engineering/tool interfaces, post-training & reinforcement learning for multimodal models, or browser technologies (CDP, Playwright, extension development).
•Strong product intuition and taste for user experience excellence.
•Experience managing engineering teams, recruiting, and retaining talent (8+ years engineering experience with 3+ years as an engineering manager).
