Bid Manager Defence Digital and Cyber France & Export (h/f)

Own and manage the bid process for defence digital and cyber solutions, acting as the bridge between customer needs and internal offerings. Lead pre-offer capture planning support, drive Bid/No bid decisions through submission, coordinate multi-disciplinary stakeholders and partners, and develop compliant proposals covering technical, commercial, programmatic, and financial aspects. Support contract signature and ensure a smooth transition to the program/project lead.
