HR Business Partner (Full Time) - Plano, Preston Legacy Circle

Serve as a strategic HR liaison between HR and area leadership, advising managers and employees across employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective action. Support talent acquisition and retention efforts, provide guidance on HR policies and compliance with bank laws and regulations, and help develop HR objectives, operations plans, and training for managers in the assigned area.
