Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies, and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within schedule and budget.
  • •Manage projects through conceptual design to construction completion, leading mid- to large-scale project execution with clients on schedule and budget.
  • •Lead development of contract documents through design phases (SD, DD, CD, CA) and prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications.
  • •Coordinate and lead quality control reviews prior to issuance, and coordinate internal AECOM and external A/E disciplines for successful construction outcomes.
  • •Stay current with new design software developments (e.g., BIM, Revit, ACC, AI, Bluebeam) and evaluate contractor progress during construction with recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor in Architecture for a NAAB accredited professional program.
