Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end Transfer Agency (GDTA) BAU Operations across Asia and MENAT, ensuring Operational Transfer Agency teams deliver services to agreed KPIs and SLAs. Drive a unified “one team” operating model between onshore and Global Service Center teams, act as escalation point for regional matters, and align execution with MSS Operations and GDTA objectives. Manage service teams across product lines while ensuring quality, accuracy, AML controls, risk management, and scalable, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end Transfer Agency BAU Operations across Asia and MENAT locations.
•Ensure Operational Transfer Agency services are delivered according to KPIs and SLAs agreed with clients.
•Coordinate onshore teams and Global Service Centers to operate as “one team” in a consistent, stable, and efficient way.
•Serve as escalation point for Asia and MENAT GDTA BAU matters, managing clients, stakeholders, and staff.
•Ensure operational quality and control, including cash processing accuracy, reconciliations, and AML controls, while aligning to MSS Operations and GDTA objectives.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in the financial services industry with solid and significant management experience.
•Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams, clients, and stakeholders.
•Strong knowledge of Securities Services business, with focus on Transfer Agency.
•Experience working with offshore teams supporting a global operating model.
•Degree level education, plus a professional qualification or membership of a relevant professional body.
