Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage pre-press, production, maintenance, engineering/CAPEX, and warehouse (indoor logistics) for the LEZO site.
  • •Drive plant safety performance by actively participating in safety programs, spreading safety culture, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • •Deliver production and business results, including budget ownership for volumes, efficiency, waste, and cost components.
  • •Promote continuous improvement and innovation by requesting, supporting, and assigning CI projects; define KPIs and verify process performance.
  • •Support plant management and industrial relations with the Plant General Manager and HR; maintain team performance, knowledge, motivation, and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with supervision.
  • •Experience leading significant change/transformation projects in manufacturing.
  • •First-hand experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • •Degree in a science, technology, or engineering subject preferred (advanced degree advantageous).
  • •Knowledge of production machines, infrastructure/energy systems, safety/environmental regulation, and shop floor systems.
