Job Summary

Lead operations for the LEZO site within the Meat & Dairy Business Unit, overseeing pre-press, production, maintenance, engineering and CAPEX, and indoor logistics. Drive safety performance and plant safety culture, deliver budget against volumes, efficiency, waste, and costs, and manage continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. Partner with the Plant General Manager and leadership team on industrial relations and change management, while ensuring KPI performance and high team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage pre-press, production, maintenance, engineering/CAPEX, and warehouse (indoor logistics) for the LEZO site.
•Drive plant safety performance by actively participating in safety programs, spreading safety culture, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
•Deliver production and business results, including budget ownership for volumes, efficiency, waste, and cost components.
•Promote continuous improvement and innovation by requesting, supporting, and assigning CI projects; define KPIs and verify process performance.
•Support plant management and industrial relations with the Plant General Manager and HR; maintain team performance, knowledge, motivation, and engagement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with supervision.
•Experience leading significant change/transformation projects in manufacturing.
•First-hand experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
•Degree in a science, technology, or engineering subject preferred (advanced degree advantageous).
•Knowledge of production machines, infrastructure/energy systems, safety/environmental regulation, and shop floor systems.
