Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain industrial equipment to support continuous production in the facility.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical problems during day-to-day operations and restore operating conditions.
  • •Set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery.
  • •Perform work involving hydraulics, electrical, plumbing, conveyor maintenance, wiring, welding, and pneumatic systems.
  • •Complete daily documentation and follow safe repair procedures while working across facility areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience.
  • •Must be able to stand/walk 12-hour shifts on hard floors and work in freezer and processing environments ranging from -30 to +90 degrees.
  • •Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms.
  • •Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve mechanical failures and read manuals to repair equipment safely.
  • •For certain skilled positions, pass required HAZMAT and/or PFT screening to be considered for that department.
