Job Summary

Lead the Technical Development team to ensure accurate execution of fit, measurements, and garment workmanship across the development and OPD calendar. Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers to support technical decision-making, manage sample approval and milestone fittings, and provide escalation support for complex fit and construction issues. Drive risk assessment support, Certified Factory Technician (CFT) workflow enablement, and continuous improvement across standards, guidelines, and workflows while aligning the team on project status and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Support leadership and day-to-day operations of the Technical Development team to deliver consistent fit, measurement, and workmanship across garments.
•Lead and guide a team of technical experts, providing guidance on fit, grading, measurement, and garment construction; act as escalation point for difficult cases.
•Manage fit, measurement, and workmanship sample approval within the development and OPD calendar and provide technical guidance during milestone fittings.
•Support risk assessments with QA and suppliers to ensure production feasibility and quality standards; coordinate CFT training with suppliers.
•Partner with Product Manager, Designer, Developers, QA, and Production to ensure seamless technical execution from design handover to production; escalate strategic/systemic issues with recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Graduate in Textiles/Clothing Engineering or Management.
•8+ years of relevant experience in Sportswear Apparel with team management experience.
•Knowledge of Gerber/3D software.
•Strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns and grading.
•Good communication skills in English; Mandarin (Putonghua) is a plus.
