Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with process and product validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) aligned to customer requirements.
  • •Support manufacturing by analyzing failures and driving preventive and corrective actions for internal and external issues.
  • •Facilitate FMEA and perform Design of Experiments (DOE) and quality metric tracking, trending, and reporting.
  • •Provide continual improvement support (e.g., 5S, Kaizen/lean methods) and help implement and sustain SPC.
  • •Support engineering change order processing and assist with audits, corrective/preventive actions, and maintaining the quality management system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •2+ years of quality engineering experience in medical or food flexible packaging (preferred).
  • •Strong statistical background and working knowledge of SPC (Minitab preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 quality management systems and FDA Medical Devices regulations.
  • •Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (preferred) or willingness to pursue.
