Lead and coach a team of Small Business Relationship Managers to acquire new customers, deepen existing relationships, and drive loan production, deposits, and overall relationship value. Partner across underwriting and credit to support responsible growth, monitor pipeline and portfolio quality, and foster a high-performance, accountable culture across the Midwest region.

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Small Business Relationship Managers to achieve annual revenue, loan, deposit, and relationship goals.
•Build a high-performance culture focused on client acquisition, portfolio growth, and consultative sales excellence.
•Monitor team performance, pipeline activity, portfolio quality, and production results; implement action plans to drive results.
•Partner on business development and complex client relationship opportunities; collaborate with underwriting, portfolio management, and credit partners.
