Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and optimize end-to-end P2P and O2C finance processes for operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • •Manage accounts payable: invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliations; ensure timely and accurate postings.
  • •Supervise accounts receivable and billing: apply receipts correctly, ensure timely customer invoicing, and monitor O2C KPIs like DSO and collection effectiveness.
  • •Develop and enforce internal controls across P2P and O2C; ensure compliance with VAT/withholding and relevant accounting standards and company policies.
  • •Lead and mentor accounting staff across P2P and O2C, identify automation/process-improvement opportunities, and support month-end/year-end close activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •6+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
