  • •Support design, coordination, planning, and completion of engineering projects.
  • •Communicate with seniors to understand project requirements and plan/formulate approaches to tasks.
  • •Manage project design and deliverables; supervise junior engineers and modelers; direct preparation of contract documents (drawings and specifications).
  • •Check work quality and modify work plans to maintain QA/QC; monitor and control time spent to avoid overruns.
  • •Explore automation of repetitive work and support computational design efforts in the office; assist seniors with delivery as required.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 10 years of experience delivering projects similar in function, size, and scope.
  • •Knowledge of Indian codes is mandatory; familiarity with US, BS, and Eurocodes is a plus.
  • •Ability to prepare site grading layouts and site design, including storm water and sanitary sewer drainage layouts.
  • •Working knowledge of industry software including Sewer Gem, Water GEM, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with time management and people management skills.
