Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing engineers with process documentation and work instruction review.
  • •Assist with wire harness and cable assembly builds, including cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling, and lacing.
  • •Participate in quality inspections and help analyze defects, rework, and throughput constraints.
  • •Assist with equipment qualification, tooling and fixture improvements, and test setups.
  • •Support DFM/DFA feedback and collect/review production data for process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently hold a four-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Passion for hardware development and hands-on design and development in a fast-paced environment.

  • •Strong communication skills.
  • •Familiarity with spacecraft systems and operation, and must be onsite 5 days a week.
