Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and manage the operating system for Applied AI, including KPIs, OKRs, business reviews, executive reporting, and decision tracking.
  • •Establish performance management mechanisms and drive accountability across teams, escalating risks early with mitigation plans.
  • •Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution and delivery.
  • •Partner with Commercial leadership on go-to-market strategies, commercial models, pricing approaches, and growth initiatives across products and segments.
  • •Prepare board, investor, partner, and leadership materials, and conduct strategic analysis to coordinate execution on critical business priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 15 years of professional experience delivering complex, cross-functional outcomes in demanding environments.
  • •Background in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent) and subsequent operating experience in a high-growth business.
  • •Operating experience in a technology, AI, SaaS, or similarly fast-scaling environment.
  • •Strong commercial acumen with exposure to go-to-market strategy, pricing, partnerships, business development, or revenue growth.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
