Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain versioned RESTful APIs with deterministic, validated schemas and auditable outputs.
  • •Implement streaming and async response patterns (SSE/chunked HTTP, background jobs, polling/webhooks) to support real-time delivery.
  • •Build authentication/authorization frameworks and enforce data controls at the API layer for compliance requirements.
  • •Integrate with message queues and event-driven architectures to orchestrate pipelines and execute model inference asynchronously.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics (or equivalent experience).
  • •7+ years backend engineering experience with Python, delivering AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic systems into enterprise production.
  • •Hands-on cloud AI experience across Azure and AWS, including strong expertise with Databricks (MLflow, Delta Lake, Model Serving).
  • •Strong background designing clean, versioned APIs and distributed systems with asynchronous patterns and message-based architectures.
  • •Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes services and managing infrastructure with Terraform in regulated environments with auditability, security, and compliance.
