Provide legal support for a portfolio of corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on software/technology licensing and related agreements for enterprise teams. Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms for areas including M&A, confidentiality, and professional services while advising on rights, duties, contract interpretation, and pre-litigation dispute resolution. Partner with Privacy, Information Security, and Compliance to help ensure personal data and confidential information are handled appropriately.
