Lead design strategy for Document Cloud’s mobile experiences, shaping how people access knowledge and information on the go. Key Responsibilities

•Grow and establish a user-centric design practice with designers developing and representing confident POVs across long-term vision and near-term goals.
•Partner with product and engineering to envision opportunities for on-the-go knowledge experiences.
•Build a collaborative environment and drive design strategy, alignment, and cohesive workflows across a complex product space.
•Direct strategy and execution for high-impact projects and drive a team-wide design process in collaboration with program management.
•Coach, mentor, and hire talent; develop, retain, and promote designers, and represent the team’s work to executives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,100 - 293,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Ability to facilitate collaboration across product/design/engineering teams in early strategic project stages, including running design thinking workshops when needed.
•Deep expertise in problem framing from the customer point of view and solving through storytelling and high design craft.
•Strong communication skills—excellent written, oral, presentation, and storytelling—to socialize user-research- and business-grounded design rationale.
•Curiosity about how AI is reshaping end-to-end design workflows and a track record of experimenting with new tools and methods.
•Experience designing or leading design for mobile or other constrained contexts, with an instinct for creating effortless small-screen experiences.
