Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Contracting Entity’s representative and deliver the project to time, budget, and specification from planning and design through commissioning.
  • •Oversee and monitor delivery across schedule, interfaces, cost, variations, contracts, and risk, coordinating with relevant teams and functions.
  • •Develop and align the Project Execution Plan to the Contracting Entity’s standards and methods, including maintaining task and risk trackers.
  • •Coordinate project interfaces and lead coordination of design consultants and external service providers, including design review meetings and design acceptance/changes.
  • •Manage change control and compensation event processes, and report monthly on project activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Construction / Infrastructure sector, including relevant aviation projects of similar size and complexity.
  • •Understanding of operating in a live airport site.
  • •Experience of operating on site (not just office based).
  • •Tangible experience documenting best-practice construction project management policies and standards.
  • •Track record delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within allocated budget.
