Job Summary

Develop and improve repair processes for aircraft engine components, including updating maintenance instructions within continuous airworthiness documentation (ICA). Analyze technical queries from internal/external customers and repair stations, and support approval projects for specialized repairs across internal and external sources. Maintain correspondence, meeting participation, and project databases, while ensuring document quality controls and compliance with export control regulations. Continuously grow expertise in repair technology and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop new repair processes for aircraft engine components.
•Update existing repair instructions in continuous airworthiness documentation (ICA).
•Analyze technical requests from internal/external customers and repair stations.
•Run repair-approval projects for specialized repairs across internal and external sources.
•Maintain correspondence and teleconferences, update repair project databases, and ensure document quality and export control compliance.

Key Requirements

•Higher education or currently enrolled in studies, preferably Aviation and Space, Mechanical Engineering and Design, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
•English proficiency at least B2.
•Very good knowledge of technical drawings and ability to read engineering/technology documentation.
•Knowledge of aircraft component repair processes, including washing, inspection, and repair technologies.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to organize work and think analytically (plus project management and teamwork capability).
