Key Responsibilities

  • •Own account provisioning end-to-end during your shift, including setting up demo accounts for demos booked by the GTM team.
  • •Fix and resolve flagged account provisioning issues as they come in.
  • •Monitor the provisioning-issues channel during core hours and escalate appropriately.
  • •Use AI tools, including Adaptive's Claude-based asset-sourcing automation, to work efficiently.
  • •Coordinate handoffs with morning and late-night contractors to keep provisioning continuous across the day.
