  • •Contribute to interior components and systems engineering, creating luxury, performance, safety, ergonomic, and functional solutions.
  • •Support packaging, engineering, release, and launch of interior components and systems across the Lucid portfolio.
  • •Collaborate with interior trim suppliers to ensure technical excellence and on-time delivery.
  • •Interact with suppliers to manage tier-to-tier trials and NPI trials.
  • •Track and analyze testing results; implement and validate value solutions by analyzing cost breakdowns and value streams.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of related experience.
  • •Experience as a detail-oriented interior components and systems development lead (hard trim, soft trim, headliners).
  • •Experience with interior processes such as wrapping, injection molding, painting, and compression molding.
  • •Knowledge of automotive interior components and systems industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier competencies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant discipline.
