Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new and existing clients with Nuvei platform integrations.
  • •Manage ongoing integration projects involving different internal departments and teams.
  • •Represent clients' interests in the company.
  • •Track events until cases are resolved, coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • •Assist clients with sandbox development and communicate complex technical specifications & APIs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years supporting international companies and Hi-Tech clients
  • •2+ years with client-server or server-to-server protocols (IP, HTTP) and knowledge of online payment methods
  • •Knowledge of JSON, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS; working experience with Python, Java SE, PHP, SQL is desirable
  • •Fluent English and strong communication; team player
  • •Ability to quickly analyze technical problems and identify root causes; strong MS Office skills
