Job Summary

Technical Integrations Specialist in Nuvei’s Mexico Operations team, responsible for guiding merchants and partners through onboarding to the SaaS platform. You’ll manage cross‑functional integration projects, translate complex technical specs and APIs for clients, assist with sandbox development, and ensure seamless onboarding while representing client interests and coordinating with internal teams.

•Support new and existing clients with Nuvei platform integrations.
•Manage ongoing integration projects involving different internal departments and teams.
•Represent clients' interests in the company.
•Track events until cases are resolved, coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders.
•Assist clients with sandbox development and communicate complex technical specifications & APIs.

•3+ years supporting international companies and Hi-Tech clients

•Fluent English and strong communication; team player
•Ability to quickly analyze technical problems and identify root causes; strong MS Office skills
