Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Work mandatory overtime as needed based on business demand.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
  • •Work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use required safety equipment, which may include face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
  • •Read, write, speak, and understand English.
