Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble mechanical units or fabricated parts into sub-assemblies or complete products using tools and production equipment
  • •Set up and run production lines to work orders, including understanding configurations, cleaning/inspecting lines, and performing change-overs
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and address items that fail checks
  • •Monitor product and raw material quality; recognize and rectify quality issues and stop the line/notify QA for contamination events
  • •Stage/unload railcars and tank trucks; take and run samples and deliver to QC lab; prepare customer trucks and maintain accurate production records

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • •1–3 years of related experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably a chemical plant
  • •Demonstrated mechanical ability
  • •Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem analysis skills
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, with strong basic math skills
