Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive supply planning and replenishment techniques for stock parameters and communicate results.
  • •Partner with demand planners to understand sales forecasts and validate the optimum stock model.
  • •Alert on supply constraints and propose remedial actions to protect business-critical availability.
  • •Manage KPIs and SLAs with key suppliers and maintain accurate supply-related data for replenishment.
  • •Partner with group logistics to optimize transportation and define strategies for inventory returns, transfers, and depletion.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of supply planning experience in a Luxury Beauty or FMCG business.
  • •Proficiency in supply planning tools, preferably Blue Yonder, and some experience with SAP.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for effective supply plan management.
  • •Collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
