AVP, Digital Innovation and Transformation

Lead end-to-end process discovery and transformation analysis to uncover automation opportunities, quantify impact, and build business cases. Define target-state processes and solution options by partnering with Automation/Engineering, and produce detailed analysis artefacts including process maps, user stories, requirements, and test scenarios. Support delivery across the lifecycle and collaborate with Operations, Investment, Risk/Compliance, and Technology to ensure governance and regulatory alignment.
