Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply lubricant to disks and manufacturing equipment according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
  • •Perform scheduled fluid and filter changes and inspect equipment for leaks, wear, damage, and potential failures.
  • •Measure and inspect lubricated parts, including lubricant thickness using a Phynix thickness gage, to meet quality requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate records of lubrication applications, inspections, filter changes, and related activities.
  • •Safely operate a forklift, identify and report equipment issues, and assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions.
