Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop direct and indirect engineering/asset teams to drive performance, engagement, and capability.
  • •Support maintenance resource management including workshops, tools, spare parts, and maintenance resources.
  • •Drive asset reliability and availability through preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • •Use EAMS/Maximo to manage maintenance, inventory, and procurement activities.
  • •Ensure maintenance activities meet H&S, environmental, regulatory and DP World standards, including RAMS, risk assessments, and method statements.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Senior engineering experience in asset management and maintenance, including people leadership.
  • •NVQ/RQF Level 3 or above in a relevant discipline.
  • •Experience managing engineering equipment suppliers and contractors.
  • •Strong knowledge of HSE requirements for engineering maintenance and delivery.
