Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accuracy and reliability of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Ensure 100% compliance with IFRS/IAS and AFG policies for consolidated financial statements.
  • •Own and optimize month-end and year-end close cycle for assigned entities, ensuring timely book closure with zero material adjustments post-submission to BPC.
  • •Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, control gaps, and audit findings to mitigate financial reporting risks.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for audits and support urgent audit requests aligned to the closing calendar.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • •3+ years of financial analysis experience within a large organization.
  • •Expert-level balance sheet reconciliation skills.
  • •End-to-end month-end close process expertise.
  • •Advanced hands-on SAP (S/4HANA) experience with GL accounting modules and strong IFRS/IAS knowledge.
