•Synthesize provider feedback and champion clinician usability and safety with user research and analytics.
•Establish pre-launch clinical QA standards and validation processes to ensure tools are intuitive, safe, and efficient.
•Monitor emerging technologies and evolving primary care practices to identify unmet user needs and future product opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Active MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related primary care field.
•10+ years of direct primary care patient experience in primary care settings.
•3+ years participating in health technology product, integration, EHR optimization, or clinical informatics within a practice setting.
•Demonstrated clinical leadership and the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and guide sound clinical decisions.
•A decisive, execution-focused mindset with the ability to set high performance standards and hold cross-functional partners accountable.
