Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive auction site success through effective leadership, setting the tone for customer and employee experience and executing strategies for financial performance.
  • •Identify business growth opportunities through customer engagement, sales visits, and timely resolution of customer disputes and complaints.
  • •Review Profit and Loss statements each accounting period, ensure accurate reconciliation, monitor accounts receivable, and control payroll and business expenses.
  • •Monitor KPIs and expectations, leverage available technology/tools, and develop action plans to support improvements and celebrate results.
  • •Lead management talent development by hiring, training, mentoring, and conducting performance appraisals; maintain employee relations and ensure compliance with policies, laws, and loss prevention/safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with auction and automotive experience, or a High School diploma/GED with at least 5 years of auction experience and 5 years of automotive experience.
  • •At least 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.

  • •Ability to multitask with attention to detail and manage deliverables against aggressive targets and timelines.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications; must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license meeting requirements.
