Job Summary

Drive end-to-end invoice-to-pay (Source-to-Pay/S2P) operations to ensure compliant, efficient, and scalable procurement and invoicing processes. Manage tax document registration across DSM Firmenich units, validate tax withholdings, and oversee electronic invoice and transaction execution within the VIM tool. Collaborate with procurement, finance, tax, and service providers, including interface with tax officials, to support process excellence across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure registration of tax documents for DSM Firmenich units to meet departmental deadlines.
•Participate in task rotations to maintain mastery of mandatory tax tasks for the team.
•Monitor and ensure accurate execution of transactions in the VIM tool, including electronic invoice registration and issuance.
•Validate tax withholdings applicable to invoices and contracts with DSM Firmenich service providers.
•Interface and communicate with tax officials from other DSM units.
