Key Responsibilities

•Assure all orders and margin objectives for systems and service sales are met while constantly improving relative price realization (profit).
•Provide regional sales leadership by selecting and developing key employees, coaching, and ensuring effective coverage and growth.
•Maintain competitive awareness and develop a regional sales plan to continually grow revenue, coordinating with other Emerson BUs and partner organizations.
•Implement approved administrative policies and procedures, including CRM maintenance, reports, and budget administration.
•Establish and administer regional business within the assigned financial budget and provide periodic business reports and forecasts.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer science, Technical Discipline or equivalent.
•A minimum of 8 years of experience in direct sales or marketing of control systems, software solutions, and process control products.
•Proficient knowledge in engineering applications, control systems, optimization programs, and services as utilized in the power and water/wastewater markets.
•Excellent organizational and planning skills.
•Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
