Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with LOB CFO partners to understand forecasting product pain points and desired outcomes.
  • •Define strategy for forecasting products and platforms over near, medium, and long term horizons with Finance, Data, and Technology leadership.
  • •Establish governance frameworks to ensure delivery of prioritized stakeholder outcomes aligned to product strategy.
  • •Align day-to-day stakeholders, resolve conflicts between initiatives, and remove blockers to empower the team.
  • •Represent Product in executive leadership discussions by communicating portfolio strategy and progress and leading future initiative prioritization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,500 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Translate business partners’ needs into clear product strategy, including target outcomes, operating models, success metrics, and roadmaps/prioritized backlogs.
  • •Comfortable supporting model development and analytics/quantitative workflows such as scenario analysis, stress testing, or forecasting.
  • •Navigate regulatory requirements and third-party system limitations while driving modernization and improved user outcomes.
  • •Influence multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities and synthesize diverse viewpoints to drive alignment without direct authority.
