Key Responsibilities

•Self-source SBA loan origination with emphasis on client contact, origination, and analysis (typical $350K–$5MM loans)
•Review financial statements and supporting documents, structure SBA loan proposals, complete initial analysis, and prepare credit packages
•Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines, and organization policies
•Market SBA-eligible banking services to small business administration loan-eligible businesses
•Perform other duties as assigned

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of 4 years’ SBA lending experience
•Minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience
•Review financial statements and supporting documents to structure SBA loan proposals and prepare credit packages
•Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, agency guidelines, and organizational policies
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
