Job Summary

Join the Personal Health Commercial team as a Junior Account Manager in Greece, managing sell-in and sell-out responsibilities. Build sustainable relationships with key accounts, align with sales plans, visit points of sale, manage contracts and promotions, and drive market leadership through data-driven insights and account planning in a collaborative, ethics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Create sustainable relationships and simplified processes with the management of the Account(s).
•Represent Philips externally and secure alignment with the Accounts to the sales plans that are within the Central Sales leadership defined frameworks incl. Commercial Policy, Line‑Charts and PPWF.
•Regularly visit and supervise the relevant points of sale (POS) according to the defined coverage objectives.
•Ensure the correct implementation of national contracts on the POS (promotions, assortments, prices, etc.).
•Create and execute account plans including promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor/Master Degree (preferably in Economics or Marketing field).
•Previous experience in Sales, in equivalent roles or in Trade Marketing.
•Availability to travel (Greece & Cyprus, occasionally).
•Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
•Good level of knowledge of the English language (written and spoken), in addition to a local language.
