  • •Supervise and schedule all outbound and inbound loads and coordinate with sales and production.
  • •Coordinate proper loading and shipping orders with S/R personnel.
  • •Set up loads for shipment with common carriers and coordinate routing and dispatch with delivery instructions.
  • •Ensure internal and external paperwork meets Universal and DOT regulations and procedures.
  • •Audit freight bills, manage claims for loss or damage, and trace or expedite orders as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of two years of experience as a Production Manager or equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
