Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage executive communications, calendars, travel, and meeting preparation for the C-suite.
  • •Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • •Plan and execute internal events (offsites, all-hands, celebrations, and culture initiatives) from concept through debrief.
  • •Plan and deliver external/client-facing events (executive dinners, VIP experiences, meetings, leadership gatherings).
  • •Manage event budgets and coordinate venues, catering, and logistics, plus create project documentation and leadership-ready updates.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements
