Key Requirements

  • •Experience with enterprise HR technology platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Joule, including integrations and global deployment environments.
  • •Significant experience in HR technology/HRIS, automation, AI-enabled business solutions, or digital transformation in a complex international organization.
  • •A solid understanding of global People & Culture processes, employee lifecycle processes, and digital service delivery.
  • •Experience implementing workflow automation, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or related technologies.
  • •Experience designing governance, risk, and compliance standards for AI solutions (or similar AI governance).
