Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires across Atizapan and Miyana, including welcome kits, employment documentation, contracts, and employee files.
  • •Run onboarding sessions, support new hires in their first days, and process employee record updates while maintaining accurate personnel documentation.
  • •Support payroll operations by collecting, validating, and submitting time & attendance incidents, overtime, and related updates (including incentives, vacations, and benefits).
  • •Coordinate offboarding activities, including severance documentation, labor certificates, and closure of employee files.
  • •Support internal and external audits with requested HR documentation and act as the point of contact for employee inquiries and People Hub support.
