Sales Associate

Deliver outstanding in-store customer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model while supporting store goals and promotions. Adhere to asset protection and inventory/shrinkage procedures, and collaborate with store management to improve key performance indicators. Help run daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, and cleanliness standards. Assist across store departments with product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
