Key Responsibilities

•Pilot and coordinate project controls activities across the portfolio entrusted.
•Deploy and optimize planning and cost management tools with advanced Planisware expertise.
•Structure and monitor project risks, ensuring a consolidated and up-to-date view.
•Support project managers in implementing best practices for Project Controls.
•Produce and analyze monthly reporting (planning, costs, risks, progress).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience on complex construction projects, ideally in pharma, life sciences, R&D, industry or manufacturing.
•Expert mastery of Planisware, including configuration, data structuring, reporting and workflow optimization.
•Experience in advanced project controls analyses: Earned Value Management, QSRA, cost/schedule analyses.
•Strong experience implementing procedures, KPIs and control plans for large programs.
•Excellent planning skills and ability to work in demanding, fast-paced environments.
