Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot and coordinate project controls activities across the portfolio entrusted.
  • •Deploy and optimize planning and cost management tools with advanced Planisware expertise.
  • •Structure and monitor project risks, ensuring a consolidated and up-to-date view.
  • •Support project managers in implementing best practices for Project Controls.
  • •Produce and analyze monthly reporting (planning, costs, risks, progress).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience on complex construction projects, ideally in pharma, life sciences, R&D, industry or manufacturing.
  • •Expert mastery of Planisware, including configuration, data structuring, reporting and workflow optimization.
  • •Experience in advanced project controls analyses: Earned Value Management, QSRA, cost/schedule analyses.
  • •Strong experience implementing procedures, KPIs and control plans for large programs.
  • •Excellent planning skills and ability to work in demanding, fast-paced environments.
